Refund policy


At Ace Beauty Vault, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • All tags and original packaging must be attached.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Intimates or accessories (if applicable)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for items that are:

  • Damaged upon arrival
  • Defective
  • Incorrectly shipped

If you need a different size, please contact us and we will do our best to assist based on inventory availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will work quickly to make it right.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error.
